- add an out of office message with an emergency contact message, for example:
I am on annual leave from (date) to (date). I will be back in the office on (date)
During this time, I will ( not be accessing my emails) ( have limited access to my emails)
If your enquiry is urgent, please contact (member of the team – office and mobile number)
I will respond to your email on my return
5) Travel arrangements
- 45p per mile is paid for use of own vehicle
- Additional 5p per mile is paid for each passenger
6) Expenses policy
- Provide copy of the policy
